<1cm = admit 24 hrs + O2
1-2cm = aspirate and admit 24 hrs
Over 2cm/sob then Chest drain

Mx of primary pneumothorax

<2cm and not sob = consider discharge
<2cm but sob = aspirate
Over 2 cm = CD
