0-2 = tx at home with amoxicillin / doxycycline

3-4 = hospital admission, amoxicillin or benzylpenicillin

A

0-2 = amoxicillin / doxycycline

3-4 = co-amoxiclav + either clarithromycin IV or doxycycline
=> levofloxacin if allergic

A

Severe = IV amox + met + gent
=> step down to co-amoxiclav

Non severe = amoxicillin + metronidazole
