when did the symptoms first appear. Give the specific date and time, how long ago, How long ago did they start, was it steady
what does setting mean and do
where was the person or what was the person doing when the symptoms started, What brings them on
what does aggravating or relieving factors mean and do
what makes the pain worse what have you tried or what help
what does associated factors mean and do
is this the primary symptom associated with other, review the body system related to this system now rather than wait for the review
What does the patients perception mean and do
find out the meaning of the symptoms by asking how it affects daily activity’s. Ask what they think it means
