Pneumothorax

A

Spontaneous: Chest drain at 5th intercostal space, mid axillary line

Tension: Immediate needle decompression. Cannula into second intercostal space midclavicular line. (Tension if contralateral tracheal deviation, or hyperexpansion ipsilaterally.)
