Marxist- capitalism expands and seeks new markets and cheap ear materials
Liberal- weak institutions and democracy and incentives to control resource=’likely to cause internal conflict
Constructivist- oil is intrinsically strategic. Should we change our view of it? Is it worth fighting for?
