Resisting Police (1)
Resists OR Incites or encourages any other person to resist - Some degree of force by suspect, or urges others to use some degree of force
Resisting Police (2)
Any constable or authorised officer or prison officer or traffic officer acting in the execution of there duty - must be lawfully exercising powers.
Obstructing police (1)
Intentionally obstructs OR Incites or encourages any other person to obstruct - Deliberately making it difficult for a person to carry out their duties, or urging others to do so.
Obstructing police (2)
Any constable or authorised officer or prison officer or traffic officer acting in the execution of there duty - person must have been exercising powers lawfully
