Q

What is internal validity and how can this be improved.

A

Internal validity is the extent to which we can say that test is measuring what it is supposed to be measuring and is due to the iv , this can be improved by carefully looking at extraneous variables and making sure it is minimised.

Q

What is face validity?

A

Face validity is a less rigorous way in testing to see weather its genuinely measuring what it is supposed to measure. - its simply seeing if the test appears at (face value) to measure what it claims
