- researcher should know fabricate or misinterpret
-should know use their professional roles for fraudulent purposes
-refrain from selectively communicating findings.
- researcher should not cause any mental or physical harm to the participants
- researcher should attempt to benefit the participants in someway.
- researcher should protect the participants right to anonymity, right to privacy, right to withdraw as they wish,
- if the identity is known to the researcher, the researcher should maintain confidentiality.
