A thing that does the verb in the sentence.

A verb that:
(a) expresses tense; and
(b) agrees with the subject.
What kind of punctuation must a sentence have to be grammatically correct?
Begins with a capital letter, and ends with a full stop, question mark, or exclamation mark.
