Where is the anterior ovarian Chapman’s?
Round ligaments from the upper border of the pubic bone downward to the attachment of the muscles on the lower border of the pubic bone
Where is the anterior broad ligament (female) Chapman’s?
The posterior margin of the IT band from the trochanter downward to 2” above the knee joint.
Where is the anterior fallopian tube Chapman’s?
Midway between the acetabulum and the sciatic notch
Where is the anterior uterus Chapman’s?
The upper edge of the junction of the pubic ramus with the ischium.
Where is the anterior vagina Chapman’s (also considered a posterior point)?
The upper inner aspect of the posterior thigh, 3-5” long and 1.5-2” wide
Where is the anterior testicular Chapman’s?
Round ligaments from the upper border of the pubic bone downward to the attachment of the muscles on the lower border of the pubic bone.
Where are the the anterior prostate Chapman’s points?
Laterally on either side of the pubic symphysis and from the trochanter downward on the outer aspect of the femur to within 2” of the knee joint.
Where is the posterior ovarian Chapman’s?
In the intertransverse space of T9-T0 (inner 1/2) and the intertransverse space of T10-T11 (outer 1/2).
Where is the posterior broad ligament Chapman’s?
Between the PSIS and the spinous process of L5
Where is the posterior fallopian tube Chapman’s?
Same as the broad ligament (between the PSIS and spinous process of L5).
Where are the posterior uterus Chapman’s points?
Tip of the transverse process of L5 toward the iliac crest as well as between the PSIS and the spinous process of L5
Where are the posterior vagina Chapman’s points?
On the side of the articulation of the coccyx with the sacrum as well as between the PSIS and the spinous process of L5 (for leukorrhea)
Where is the posterior testicular Chapman’s?
The intertransverse space of T9-T10 (inner 1/2) and T10-T11 (outer 1/2).
Where is the posterior prostate Chapman’s?
Between the PSIS and the spinous process of L5.
Where is the anterior leukorrhea vagina Chapman’s point?
The posterior aspect of the inner femoral condyle 3-6” from the knee joint.
