What is clinical stage 1 of replica dentures?
A
- Clean dentures and modify with greenstick if needed
- Replicate dentures using lab putty and stock trays out mouth
- Remove denture from mould, clean and return to patient
- Disinfect
- Take to lab with prescription = Make replica wax blocks with shellac base

What is lab stage 1?
A
- Lay shellac base onto fitting surface of moulds
- Pour molten wax into moulds
- Once wax set, remove completed wax replica blocks on shellac bases

A
- Disinfect replica blocks
- Upper master im on replica block
- Lower master imp on replica block
- Jaw reg with both record blocks
- Choose shade and moulds
- Disinfect registered blocks/imp
- Take to lab with prescription

- Cast impressions
- Mount casts on articulator
- Set upper and lower teeth in wax
