asthma, vasculitis(small & medium sized), allergic hypersensitivity. Eosinophilic, some ENT associations, 2/3rds- skin involvement

Churg-strauss (Eosinophilic granulamatousis with polyangiitis)
p-ANCA positive
vasculitis (small & medium), rhinitus, epistaxis, saddle nose deformity, conductive hearing loss, Rapidly progressing Glomerulonephritis, haemoptysis
granulomatosis with polyangiitis (wegners)
c-ANCA +ve
Hyperkalemia -on ECG
ECG - Peaked T waves, widened QRS, small or absent P waves,
How to treat -
Calcium Gluconate (stabilise ECG changes), Insulin–Glucose IV Infusion, Salbutamol Nebulised and Calcium Resonium (potassium binding there gut can not absorb)
