What are the ten commandments
laws given to moses and the people of israel by God
List the first 5 commandments in order
No other god but me
Don’t make idols

keep sabath day holy
honour thy father and thy mother

don’t commit adultry
don’t covet
what 2 things do we learn from the 10 commandments
our duty to god and our duty to our neighbours
what is our duty to god
to honour , serve, believe and trust in God
to worship and obey only god
to set aside everything for worship
What is sin
sin is our refusal or failure to do god’s will either by disobedience or by ommision
can we be saved from sin
yes ,saved by god’s redemption
who is THE MESSIAH
the one who was sent by god to set us free from sin,evil and death
how does sin have power over us
it lessons or reduses our freedom to choose to do god’s will while strengthening our desire to do evil
who is messiah
the only begotten son of god
why then do we live apart from god and out of harmony by creation
as humans we have a right to spread the gospel and do what is right free of will
what are we by nature

this means as humans we must try to be more like god
