Christians: “everything that lives and moves about will be food for you”. Genesis9
If crops were grown on land used for cattle it would produce far more food, therefore pleasing God.
What does Genesis 2 describe?
God created the first man, Adam, from the soil and breathed life into him. Later God took one of Adam’s ribs and used it to create Eve.
Give Christian views on euthanasia.
For; “love thy neighbour” as it is caring towards the person in pain.
Against: sanctity of life. If euthanasia were legal then very old people could feel pressured into ending their lives in order to not burden their family.
Give Buddhist views on euthanasia.
Goes against the first moral precept.
Compassionate to help someone end their life if they are in pain.
Give some Christian views on abortion.
Against: sanctity of life. Thou shall not kill- Catholics believe life starts at conception.
For: If the child will have a poor quality of life. “lesser of two evils”, for the overall best.
Give a quote for heaven.
“God will wipe every tear from their eyes”.
