What are the four components of the Regulatory Process?

A
  1. Inspection Methodology - performing inspection tasks and verifying specific regulatory requirements
  2. Decision-making - gathering info, make observations, review documents, assess information, make a compliance/ non-compliance determination
  3. Documentation - enter task in PHIS, document noncompliance on record
  4. Enforcement - Follow rules of practice (ROP), provide due process to establishment
