A
- Inspection Methodology - performing inspection tasks and verifying specific regulatory requirements
- Decision-making - gathering info, make observations, review documents, assess information, make a compliance/ non-compliance determination
- Documentation - enter task in PHIS, document noncompliance on record
- Enforcement - Follow rules of practice (ROP), provide due process to establishment
