Offenses involving alcohol and drugs. The FAA can take your license and can give you any kind of punishment within 1 year. Any type of vehicle accident must be reported to the FAA. If the FAA wants a report you have to write your name, date of accident, your address, state that holds the record of conviction provide any type of information they want. The FAA can deny any application and have free game to take away anything if you don’t comply.

Medical certificate. The holder of first class must be held when exercising the privileges of an ATP pilot. After 12 months of exercising those privileges, you will need to get a new certificate. Second class is for commercial pilots or second in command. Third class is for private or student pilots, flight instructors use third class as well.

A

type rating (Large aircrafts and jets), authorization requirements, endorsements are for high performance. Aircraft category, class, and type ratings: Limitations on the carriage of persons, or operating for compensation or hire. Unless a person holds a category (airplane, glider, rotorcraft, power lift, lighter than-air, parachute, hang glider, class (single engine land or seas, multi engine land or seas), and type rating (if a class and type rating is required) that applies to the aircraft, that person may not act as pilot in command of an aircraft that is carrying another person, or is operated for compensation or hire. That person also may not act as pilot in command of that aircraft for compensation or hire.
