Every night Marta goes to bed at 11:30. She falls asleep quickly and she never has nightmares. Every morning she wakes up at 6:30, but she doesn’t get up until 7 o’clock. She enters the bathroom where she brushes her teeth and looks at herself in the mirror. Some days she takes a bath, but usually she takes a shower because it’s faster and because Marta feels cleaner. After the shower, Marta combs her hair and dries her hair. She gets dressed , walks to the kitchen where she sits down, drinks coffee, and reads the newspaper for 15 minutes. Then she goes to work.
Cada noche Marta se acuesta a las once y media. Se duerme rápidamente y nunca tiene pesadillas. Cada mañana se despierta a las seis y media, pero no se levanta hasta siete. Ella entra en el baño donde se cepilla los dientes y se mira en el espejo. Algunos días se baña, pero usualmente se ducha porque es más rápido y porque Marta se siente más limpia. Después de la ducha, Marta se peina y se seca el pelo. Se viste, anda a la cocina donde se sienta, toma un café, y lee el periódico por quince minutos. Entonces se va al trabajo.
