set up a ray box with a slit and lens.. take an A3 paper and draw a straight line down the centre and then using a protractor the normal at the centre of this line.

place a glass box on the edge of the straight line and so the normal is in the middle. draw around this glass box.

turn out the light and shine a light using the ray box at an angle to the normal at the glass box. draw over the lines reflected and refracted out of the glass block from thew light

what is the fourth step

remove th4 glass block and turn the lights on and finish drawing the lines of light. measure the angles between these lines and the normal find the incident reflected and refracted angles.
