A
- Hx of cancer in self or family
- unexplained rapid weight loss
- unremitting pain, night pain
- unexplained lumps, bumps, blood in bodily fluids
- malaise

What could indicate an inflammatory condition
A
- 24 hour pattern: stiffness in morning for longer than 30 mins
- Aggs: rest. Eases: exercise
- autoimmune problems: psoriasis
- better with NSAIDs
- redness in eyes, Achilles’ region pain
- lifestyle factors; smoking, diet, alcohol
