How to do the PPIVMs

A

Flexion - patient in side lying. Stabilise around hip/back and hold under knees have legs flexed and lunge stance bring legs up to chest
Extension
SF - have legs flopped over edge of bed in side lying and drop legs and lift back up
Rotation - forearm resting on pelvis, other arm stabilising spine and rock
