Needs Assessment
This prohibits employment discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, or national origin.

Equal Pay Act of 1963
This protects individuals who are age 40 and over.
Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967
This prohibits employment discrimination against qualified individuals with disabilities.
Title I and Title V of the Americans with Disabilities Act
This prohibits employment discrimination based on genetic information about an applicant, employee, or former employee.

The process of orienting and training a new employee.

The distillation by a company of the type of person and the skills required for performing a role successfully.
