Impeachment process
The House of Representatives brings charges of impeachment against an official. Then they vote to see if the president is guilty or not guilty. If guilty, then the president is removed from office.

-Andrew violated this law by firing his cabinet officials
-Majority of white men must swear loyalty (51%) for state to re-enter
-Former Confederate officials may vote and hold office
-Must ratify 13th amendment banning slavery
