o At 7:24pm, East 13th Street 345 kV Breaker 4, 138 kV Breaker F4 and associated Feeders B47 and 37378, and Transformer 16 opened automatically. Farragut 345 kV Bus Section 7E also opened automatically.
o Cause of trip out: flashover on C-Phase pothead associated with Feeder B47 (runs between Farragut and East 13th St.).
o Farragut bus section 7E returned to service 11:38pm that evening.
o All relay protection operated correctly: first and second line feeder differential protection operated correctly for C-Phase fault to ground on feeder pothead.
