Yes. Flee from a leper because Allah is Al MUSABBIT. He may use the leper as sabab when people stay with leper and have gotten sick. Now their iman is in danger because they might blame the leper or leprosy not ALLAH s.w.t.

So it’s muxtaliful Hadith
