Q

How was Wyatt’s Rebellion significant?

A

It exemplified that Protestants, though in a minority, could not be ignored, and demonstrated the extent to which there was suspicion of the proposed Spanish marriage. It resulted in the execution of Lady Jane Grey, and Elizabeth was arrested and confined to the Tower.
