Negative attitude towards an individual.
What is Discrimination?
Negative action toward an individual because of their belonging to a certain gender,race,religion or secual orientation.
What is Diversity?
Practice of including people from a range of different social and ethnic backgrounds.
What is Belief?
Conviction that we generally aceept to be true without evidence or proof.
What is Equity?
Respectful and dignified treatment of every person in the business.
