Click to payor field magnifying glass

Select the appropriate pair from the coverage eligibility list

Click accept

Answer the members subscriber ID number in the subscriber ID field press enter click send

The awaiting response button will appear in the lower left corner of the window. The awaiting response button will change to response received, but the flash.

Click the response received, but interview the coverage information
