- contrasting or comparing 2 things but not supported by what in passage even it it is true
Comparison and contrast not support in the passages ( whether valid or invalid)
-valid references- to ideas in the passage that do not specifically compare and contrast “ the different from this or this similar to this”

After reading the passage you may be asked to apply what you have learned or extrapolate what would likely be true in a given scenario based on information provided in the passage.
The correct answers are usually qualified or limited
