➊ Reiter’s syndrome
➋ Monoarthritis, typically after a preceding STI or gastroenteritis
→ Chlamydia, Shigella, and Salmonella
➌ HLA-B27 +ve, Male
➍ Septic Arthritis – there’s no joint infection in reactive arthritis

How is it managed?
A
• Exclude Septic Arthritis! - Joint aspiration and MC&S
• NSAIDs, Steroids
• Most resolve within 6 months
