What are the 2 soups we serve every day?
Do we have a 3rd soup available?
A
- Our menu lists Chili and French Onion Soup served every day.
- We will also have a soup-of-the-day available every day which you will learn of at your pre-shift pit stop.
- Our most poular soups-of-the-day are Aztec Chowder (a white-bean chicken chili) and Chicken Corn Tortilla. We also may feature other soups such as Mushroom, Tomato Basil, Creole Tomato (spicy), Vegetable, Potato, Broccoli Cheese, Clam Chowder or Buffalo Chicken. These will continue to rotate, so make sure you try them all!

Sirloin Chili
A
- Sirloin & Bean Chili served with tortilla chips on the side.
- Soup should be served piping hot, and is topped with grated cheddar cheese, sour cream dollop, tomatoes, white onions & scallions.

Double Stacked Quesadilla
A
- It’s easy to see why this is called “double stacked!”
- This is one of our best selling appetizers and may sometimes be ordered as an entree.
- 2 flour tortillas, stuffed with blackened chicken, black bean & corn salsa, scallions, cheddar, & pepperjack cheeses.
- Served with fresh house-made pico de gallo, guacamole, and sour cream over a bed of shredded lettuce.

Spinach con Queso
A
- A creamy blend of cheeses, white wine, spinach & garlic served with warmed tortilla chips for dipping.
- Is this a vegetarian dish? NO. It contains a little chicken stock.
- How can you make sure the dish is perfect? Always make sure the queso is piping hot when it is delivered to the table. But make sure you let guests know the black cast-iron dish is PIPING HOT! Don’t touch!

- Served with 6 celery sticks and a ramekin of blue cheese dressing.
- What are the sauce choices? BBQ, Joe’s Regular, & Habanero.
- What is our most famous sauce? Joe’s Regular. Similar to a medium-like buffalo sauce.

Cheese Blanket Nachos
A
- Loaded with braised black beans, then covered with our signature “cheese blanket” - served with pico de gallo, jalapenos, sour cream & scallions. Guest can choose between Chicken, Beef or just cheese.

French Onion Soup
A
- A traditional French Onion soup, Chicken/Beef stock base with sherry, 4 types of onions, garlic & croutons.
- Garnished with melted Provolone cheese (the best part!) & parsley.
- What are the 4 onions in the soup? Leeks, Scallions, White Onions and Shallots.

Chicken Fingers
A
- A great “Starter” - and sometimes even ordered as an entree.
- 5 hand-cut, hand-dipped chicken fingers served over french fries with guest’s choice of dipping sauce if they would like. (typically Ranch, BBQ, or Honey Mustard)
- Don’t forget appetizer plates if this is being shared!

What is special or unique about our Chicken Fingers?

- Our Chicken Fingers are hand cut fresh daily, then hand-dipped before going into the fryer.
- Never frozen - and that’s what makes them so great!
- This is a great tableside selling point.

Fried Pickles
A
- 6 hand-battered deep-fried dill pickle spears.
- Served with a side of ranch.
- This is one of our most popular starters! The hot, crispy pickle pairs great with the cool ranch dressing and pairs even better with a local draft brew!

Peel ‘n Eat Shrimp
A
- Boiled shrimp tossed in Old Bay Seasoning served with a side of cocktail and crab louie sauces.
- This is our only item served in a bucket, over ice. Looks great on the table, and walking through the dining room.
- Please remember to pre-set the table with not only appetizer plates, but also a “bone-bowl” with napkins & wet wipes. (A good rule of thumb is one per person)

- 10 oz. of Brussels sprouts fried with parmesan & drizzled with a lemon aioli.
