What is a “Ghost Kitchen Concept”?
A
- These orders will only come through DoorDash ordering which means you will not take these orders over the phone or in the restaurant as this is a “Ghost” concept that Guests view online only.
- We want to make sure you are educated with what the Guest will see online, but for the most part, you are serving items you are already familiar with.
- While a few items on the Cluck Norris menu might have a different name (fun & quirky to match the concept), many of the items are dishes we already have in house. As to not confuse anyone in the kitchen, they will read on KDS as our usual menu item. For example, you will notice a “Buffalo Soldier” sandwich on the Cluck Norris menu, that is the same as our “Buffalo Chicken Sandwich” on our Rusty Bucket menu. All items would read the same to our cooks in the kitchen making it super easy to execute.
