**What is our role when it comes to the GFF process?””
A
- Guests with a gluten sensitivity or allergy choose to dine with us because they know we will priortize their needs & that they can still enjoy dining out while not sacrificing their dietary needs
- We inquire about allergies at every table before ringing any food items to the kitchen
- We inform the chefs, notate it in the item modifications, write an allergy ticket, & finish the dish off with an “Allergy pick” before it gets taken to the guest
