- Skin: papillomata of the face and perianal region
- MSK: diffuse hypotonia, joint laxity, tight Achilles tendons, short stature
- Cardiac: hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, pulmonic stenosis
- Neuro: Macrocephaly, Chiari I malformation, developmental delay or intellectual disability, Severe postnatal feeding difficulties
