Acute onset mid-chest pleuritic chest pain that decreases on sitting up and leaning forward

Most current form: fibrinous or Serofibrinous Pericarditis

Most classic sign: pericardial friction rub

Constrictive Pericarditis(takes years to develop)
kussmual sign, pulsus paradoxus, Precardial knock

Cardiac tamponade: Pulsus paradoxus
