Contraindications of duloxetine
Prengnacy, lactation
Hepatic impairment
Monoamine oxidase therapy
Lowers seizure threshold
Can enhance warfarin
Avoid co-prescription with SSRI and anti-depressants

Stress incontience where 1st line treatments not worked, decline or not fit for surgery

Headache
Urinary tract infection
Tachycardia, palpitations, atrial fibrillation, increased BP
Vaginal infection, vulvo-vaginal pruritis
Dyspepsia, gastritis, abnormal LFTs,
Urticaria, rash, pruritus, joint swelling, eyelid oedema, lip oedema
Leukocytoclastic vasculitis
