what are they and what are they not?

PERMISSIBLE:
oath to uphold state and federal constitution
oath to oppose the overthrow of the government by violent, illegal, or unconstitutional means
IMPERMISSIBLE:
oath to show respect for the state and federal flags

limits on congress’s ability to affect executive agency action
A
when power is delegated to an executive agency, congress cannot try to control the exercise of that power by overturning the agency’s action without bicameralism [i.e. the house cannot pass a joint resolution to change an agency’s or administrative judge’s determination … need senate]
