Drinker

A

he was hired by US Radium Coperation and reported blood disease. (the corporation made Drinker say he wouldn’t publish the report)

US Radium Corp changed Drinkers report to say all workers were healthy and then submitted the false report to the US Labor Bureau

Drinker eventually found out about the change to his report and Published the original report to expose US Radium Corp.

A

settlement was eventually reached -essentially because workers (and their families) needed the money and were in dire medical need (and they didn’t have long to live)

This paved the way for the Right of workers to sue employers for illnesses caused by work.
