Thin walled <2mm spherical parencyhymal lucent interfaced with normal lung

Gas filled space with consolidation, mass or nodule
Typically thick walled >2mm and more irregular than cysts

Spherical focal lucency > 1cm
Thin walled <1mm and usually accompanied by emphysema

Cystic airspace bounded by thin wall adjacent to the visceral pleura <1cm
