Place needle beside lash shaft into the follicle until it can’t go further
Tap foot pedal and immediately let off
Gently pull lash

-if not, repeat

Anesthetize lower punctal area with local
Place BIPOLAR forceps PARALLEL with punctum at the bottom of tarsus directly below punctum
Tap foot pedal and immediately let off
-do several times (check apposition after each delivery)
-shortens posterior lamellae of lid, forces inversion of everted puncta

Champ chalazion and incise with wire tip as if it were a scalpel

Cut an elliptical in/excision surr lesion
Place a suture/dermabond/butterfly after removal
