-call red phone/ receiving department directly
-don’t pass through clinical hub

-document ATMIST on EPCR (time, who spoke to and info given)
Handover for non time critical patients (structure)
SBAR
-Situation- patient and concern
-Background- HPC, PMH, drug history, allergies, obs
-Assessment- initial diagnosis, treatment
-Recommendations- the next step
