What is institutionalised racism?
A
The collective failure of an organisation to provide an appropriate service to a person based on their colour, ethnic origin, or culture. This is seen through processes, behaviour and attitudes, amounting to unwitting prejudice, thoughtlessness, ignorance, and racist stereotypes which disadvantage ethnic minority groups.
