Bicycle
Bicycle means a device propelled by human power upon which a person may ride, having two tandem wheels either of which is 14 inches in diameter, or every such device generally recognized as a bicycle though equipped with two front or rear wheels except a moped.
Acceleration Scuff
A mark made when sufficient power is applied to the driving wheels to make at least one of them spin on the roadway surface.
Impending skid mark
A very faint skid mark which indicates the transition from maximum effective braking to the beginning of a locked wheel skid
Locked wheel skid marks
A mark on the roadway made by a non rotating tire along either a strait or curved path in the direction that the vehicle was traveling
Middle ordinate
A strait line from the midpoint of a chord to a point on the arc. The middle ordinate is perpendicular to the chord
Pedestrian
A person a foot, or any person in a manual or motorized wheelchair, or a person in an electric personal assistive mobility device defined in NRS 482.029

The collection of marks on a roadway surface made by liquid from a vehicle; or its cargo, by the force of a collision rapidly forcing the fluid out
