What is a team?

Intradisciplinary
One or more members of one discipline provides treatment to the individual. Generally, other disciplines are not involved. Communication is limited
Multidisciplinary
A number of professionals conduct assessments and interventions independent from one another. Some formal communication occurs between involved professionals.
Interdisciplinary
Several disciplines agreed to collaborate for decision-making. Evaluation and intervention are conducted independently. Formal communications do occur
Transdisciplinary
One person was in charge but many team members have the responsibility of the intervention, support, corporation, and consultation
