- Avoid straining the arm with heavy lifting.

1: elevate limb
2: encourage diaphragmatic breathing
3: ice limb
4: perform pimp on appropriate side of neck 5-7 times
5: pump shoulder or hip 5-7 times
6: do lymph drainage
7: reflex distal
8: GSM prox.

- chronic congestive heart failure

1: warm up tissue with effleurage
2: if long tendon: stretch. If short: relax
3: friction on Tendon for 30 sec
4: Drain + relax if long tendon, stretch if short
5: Repeat x3
