Autonomous Team?
group of individuals working toward specific goals without the direct influence of an outside party, such as a manager to whom the team reports. The members of the autonomous team are given latitude to establish their own internal goals and work practices
Task Force?
Group of people brought together to solve a specific problem
-when the project ends, the team ends (temporary)

Fear/lack of ability to cope with failure, which may cause successful people to fall apart in an intimidating situation
-Happens when someone isn’t familiar with failure and never gets the chance to learn from it
Defensive Routines?
Thoughts and actions used to protect individual’s, group’s, and organization’s usual way of dealing with reality

Compromising for your own personal benefit, while also giving your opponent a sense of victory

Poor performers, group conflict, no honesty, lack of leadership, no procedures/ground rules, judging people too quickly
