What are the types of sampling?

A

Random Sampling

Quasi random sampling (every tenth or hundredth name selected)

Stratified random sampling (dividing population into groups and then taking a small sample of each)

Quota sampling (researcher looks for the right people)

Snowball sampling (people find more people with the same characteristics)

Cluster sampling (dividing a population into groups - usually geographically)
