1. The establishment of a juristic person¹ to be known as the **South African
Council for the Architectural Profession (1)

African Council for the Architectural Profession and the Council for the
Built Environment¹; and to provide for matters connected therewith.

to the Council, determine –

5 The fees, or portion thereof, payable in respect of any
examination referred to in section 19, conducted by or on
