What is myelofibrosis?
A myeloproliferative disorder of unknown cause leading to fibrosis of the bone marrow.
What is the most common feature of myelofibrosis?
Pancytopenia - an overall deficiency of all the blood cells (red cells, white cells and platelets)
What are common symptoms of myelofibrosis?
Weight loss
Fever
Night sweats
