Q

What is the definition of Change Control Management?

A

A systematic approach to managing changes made to a product or system. The purpose is to ensure that changes are consistent with requirements, that changes to dependencies or related systems and documentation are considered, and changed as appropriate, changes are documented, and that services are not unnecessarily disrupted. Tickets are used to document the initiation, execution, verification, and closure of action items during the process.
