Establish comms
Check cabin alt and rate
If uncontrollable PAX OXY on, hold switch for 1 second
Descend to lowest safe altitude or 14000ft whichever higher
(10,000 ft if endurance not critical)

Dual Eng Fail/Stall

Condition:
Engine speed for both engines is below idle.
1 FUEL CONTROL switches (both) CUTOFF, then RUN
2 RAM AIR TURBINE switch Push and hold
